Why We Don't Restock — Ever

The argument for restocking is simple: demand exists, supply can meet it, revenue increases. On paper, it's obvious.

Why We Reject It

The moment you restock, you change what the first buyers purchased. They didn't buy a hoodie — they bought a numbered piece of a closed edition. A restock retroactively turns that into a regular product.

What It Costs Us

Revenue we could have captured. Customers who missed a drop and moved on. These are real costs. We accept them because the alternative — diluting what we built — costs more.
